Good Morning Everyone! Today we have another slightly freaky smoothie recipe for you. The Mango and the Lychees compliment each other perfectly and the basil is just spicing things up a little more.
Deliciously sweet and slightly creamy because of the mango and the plant based milk. Definitely a good way to get in some extra vitamins, either for breakfast or as a snack.
Mango Lychee Basil Smoothie
Maximum 10 minutes preparation time. Serves one.
- 1 Mango
- 7 Lychees
- 100 ml plant-based milk of your choice
- Cut mango into small pieces.
- Peel lychees.
- Add all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until it looks smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy directly!
In order to fit in everyones’s budget, use frozen mango and canned lychees – or just make it when it is in season.
